Fitness/Post Rehab

Total Joint Fitness was started with the idea of providing a medically-based fitness and post-rehab exercise program with an emphasis on high quality service to the following groups of clients:

Patients who are recovering from one or more injuries; others who have just had a surgical procedure and have completed a formal physical therapy program but want to continue increase their overall strength and fitness level.

Patients or clients seeking further guidance on how to perform exercise training safely and effectively, while being aware of their limits due to their injury history or illness.

Patients/clients who are seeking to start an exercise program, but have not started due to possibly having difficulty with exercise programs in the past due to pain caused by orthopedic pain or setbacks.

Patients/clients attempting to return to their normal activities of daily living but feel they need more strength, endurance, and overall fitness before venturing out on their own. Many patients and clients would like to sharpen their balance skills after their surgery or illness as well.

We are committed to getting you feeling confident and strong again and ready to take on the challenges that our society now throws at us each day. With the reduction in healthcare, cutbacks in the number of visits that you may be seen in physical therapy, and the uncertainity of the future in healthcare its important that you take back control of your lives and to be sure that you maximize your full rehabilitation potential.
the Fitness/Post rehab program can be done in the comfort of your home with a schedule that is convenient for you.
